Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very bad service and unprofessional attitude. I bought 2 Hot Combos which were for 229 & 314, which consisted of 2 cappuccino and in one garlic bread and in one chiken sandwich. But while billing, they selected individual items without considering the combo offer, thus billing me 670 instead of 570 (which was the combo offer). While paying I had a doubt and hence asked them how did they charged,and then after discussing for more than 45 minutes with the waiters and them with the manager, then cleared the bill with 570 rupees. Moreover, they accepted only cash because their credit card machine was not working. Further their system was also not working and hence no bill was received. They have a board displayed with the policy of no bill the menu is on them. I raised this point with their manager, but she also gave some vague answers. All the staff there were ladies, including their manager and hence thought of not creating more problems, but I had informed them that I will post thus issue on internet. Hence, please don't go there, I spoiled my 1:15...

Experience Yes it's a good place.. But this place is not for mishe class people... It's for higher middle class people and Specially for Rich people Because the price tag of coffee and food is too high for pocket friendly people... But you have to be careful while giving order, I order some little costly food, instead he gave me some other, which was 200 higher cost. At starting I didn't realised but when bill came I discussed with them, then that waiter said you have charged been for this, so I told her that I am not big guy, how you can do such mistake taking wrong order, she said sorry later on.we had two coffee and two plate plate of cheese bread variety item, it cost us 850 rupees....☹️ ..I think they take money for the time we are spending there and of...

Good place to sit and chill or have meeting with a client. The coffee is average, the sandwiches are good. The staff is a bit sloppy.

This you need to beware off, out of 5 times I have been there they will overcharge you. If you ask for cappuccino they will charge you for the kind size, despite you asking for the regular size.

If you asked for the roasted chicken Sandwich, although the sandwich comes with cheese they will charge you extra for it.

On comforting them, they mentioned that they are suggested by their manager to use these tactics to meet sales targets.

Overall they are okay, just make sure you keep an eye out...
