Been here for 2 nights. But I checked in really late at night, around 12:15, with my brother and my wife as our train was delayed. The night receptionist there really need some training on dealing with guests. Apparently the hotel doesn't allow unmarried couples to check in, so they asked me for my marriage certificate as a proof of marriage. Was a little annoying but may be it's the government regulation there, So I understood the situation. I showed them my civil marriage document and also a picture of my wedding reception. Point is they made us stand for 45 minutes at the reception just to prove that she's my wife cuz our Aadhar card addresses were different as they weren't updated cuz were newly married. But I think a scanned copy of a civil marriage certificate and a wedding reception snap was a good enough proof to allow us in. The staff wasn't rude at all. So my suggestion to all married couples, please carry a copy of your marriage certificate if you check into this hotel. ||||||Rooms are really nice here. Small maintenance needed here and there but I would rate the rooms 98/100. Sleep quality is aweome. Clean rooms, spotless linen, AC cooling is fabulous, made it hard for us to get up in the mornings. ||||However, the staff there really need to be quick at service. We requested for some items like water bottle and dental kits etc. at the reception. Sometimes they were quick. But at times they took really long. Also they need to understand something called as privacy. At the time of check in, we happened to leave our ID's at the reception. The staff knocks on my door 2:30 at night to give me back my ID's. Really?||||What turned me down in the breakfast service here. They really need to work on buffet set up and give some more choice of items. Some items dint taste good at all. ||||Only reason I gave a 3 star rating is cuz of the breakfast and the staff. Would request the management to please look into the issues. Please don't put your staff to work unless they've been trainned properly. Or atleast, give on the job training by supervising their work.||||Hotel location is good. Very easy to find on Google. Clean hotels all...

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Daisy Residency. The location is quite convenient β close to the airport and easily accessible from nearby metro stations, which makes travel around Mumbai smoother.
Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and decently sized for the price. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was quite comfortable. Wi-Fi was reliable, and hot water was available throughout the day.
The staff was courteous, responsive, and helpful with local information. Room service was prompt, and the food from their in-house kitchen was decent and affordable.
A good choice for solo travelers, short business stays, or budget-conscious tourists looking for a safe and clean place to stay.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly hotel with...
Β Β Β Read moreWhile returning back from Gujarat to Bangalore, our travel advisor could not secure a room due to some issues. Hence googled and found this room in our budget and booked it online. Was pretty worried as I had booked it without reading any reviews or doing some research. But, after I reached the place, I felt that it not a bad decision. The rooms were good and the hotel staff were friendly. Stayed there for two nights. The food served there was good too. The complimentary breakfast could be enhanced if needed.||||Only negatives if I need to add is the location. It is located on a busy street, hence taking the car in and out would be difficult. They do have parking in their compound, but it is very limited. Luckily, there weren't any cars when I reached there. If it is just for one night stay, this is...
