Rich fast food — Restaurant in Mumbai

Sharing my experience over food quality, service, pricing and hospitality.

Food Quality: We had ordered Veg as well as non veg dishes. Both types of food was great in taste. The quality of food is optimum and it tastes best too. So, 5 on 5 for food quality and quantity.

Service: I felt that the service is very poor as compared to other restaurants or hotels. When we entered, nobody was bothered to ask us water or serve until we called them. Their staff we sitting and chilling but not attending. Then one guy approached us and took order. But repeatedly we had to say them. So, service is very poor. 1 out of 5 for that.

Pricing: Hmm.. This part is little bit balanced as well as unbalanced. We had Veg Fried rice, Paneer Chilly, Chicken Chilly and Chicken fried rice but the pricing of vegetarian dishes were very high as compared to non vegetarian dishes. This confused us too but that's what they have. But quality was best so we didn't compromised with money.

Hospitality: As earlier mentioned, their service is not applaudable. Similarly, they irritated us by asking same question "Aur kuch order, sir?" again and again. They didn't ask or gave us glass of water but for more order they asked repeatedly. This was very annoying. Still, good place to have a quick bite.

So guys, if you're planning to be here, make sure you have enough money to spend.

Dined in at this restaurant as soon as I got to know that it is open for dine in. Have been always a fan of Chinese cuisine and the quantity and quality provided here is best amongst other restuarants nearby. Pricing here is also cheap compared to other restaurants which makes it more preferable anytime. Had ordered chicken lolipop, chicken soup and chop rice. The quantity they offer in chop rice is something I have never seen in any restuarants so far. Must try chop rice which is for 210/-. Overall the food is Finger licking and the service was quite quick compared to my last visit. Didn't had to wait much for my orders this time. Definitely recommend this place if you are a fan of...

Awesome...... Best Indo-Chinese food Update Jan 2019 : Quality has deteriorated. Haven't seen the owner - Uncle since long time. Also staff has changed. Not sure about management. Their best item - Chop Rice has become worst item... we were fan of Rich's Chop Rice but now don't even think of it. Chilly Rice & Manchurian Rice is still fine but not what it used to be before.
