Good quality, great variety and affordable. The cakes are always fresh and delicious. I guess I have tried all the flavours.

I also liked the concept of cake of the day, at fixed price of 200/- for half kg and 400/- for 1 kg. Ofcourse you don't get to choose the flavour.

Staff is well trained and efficient. Special thanks to Shahid.

A few days back, I had ordered a 500 gm Kosten Swiss Chocolate cake at night through Swiggy. It was awesome - fresh, buttery soft and delicious. Really appreciated, considering the cake I had ordered from another place during my last travel to Mumbai- awful and very artificial in taste.

Today I ordered three more Kosten cakes again- Mava bar cake, Chocolate bar cake (both 280 gms each) & Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake (200 gm).

The Mava cake is beautiful- so damn fluffy and tasty! I'm waiting to open the other two boxes.

I had a terrible experience at this cake shop. When I tried to place an order, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. They initially denied my order with no explanation, and after a heated discussion, they suddenly became willing to fulfill the order—but only at a higher price. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a place like this, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
