Carter's Blue — Restaurant in Mumbai

Carters Blue is located at Link Road,one of the Prime Location Casual Dining restaurant , and growing rapidly they have 6 outlets in the city at some good location. Now their food is considered to be the best among other Casual dining restaurants. The only stuff that made me enter this restaurant was the hype heard for Shawarama.

This outlet is spacious with indoor and outdoor seating available . So it's best to grab some good food and enjoy with friends and family . The location is silent and you'll get good vibes to enjoy your dinner/lunch.

SERVICE

The service is quite excellent and the servers were humble,polite and friendly & knew what they were serving to the customers with full knowledge of the menu.

FOOD

The Popularity of this place is Shawarama , after grabbing one your taste buds will crave for it. YAYY!

WHAT WE HAD

Spl Chicken Shawarma : This being the bestseller dish of this place .With spicy little juicy chicken pieces and mayo and other veggie, it's was yummyyyyyyyy.

Tandoori Chicken : The whole chicken was roasted perfectly . The Green chutney which came with it was amazingly spicy and fresh. The best Chicken Dish till now with fresh and soft chicken.

Chicken Dum Biryani : No need to explain about it . Biryani is always fun to grab it :)

Hot 'N' sour soup : The taste was amazing , it was sour because of tomato and ginger gave the extra feel for the perfect soup.

Paneer Tikka Roll : The roll was nicely wrapped in soft pita bread and the roll was full of paneer .

Manchurain Fried Rice : The Rice came up with the manchurian gravy on the top of the rice and few manchurain balls. The gravy added the taste to the rice and manchurain balls were damn soft and tasty.

Thai Pot Rice : This dish was sweet in taste and gave the feel of yippie noodles and we just grabbed only one one spoon . Try at your own Risk :P.

Chocolate Milkshake : The Heavenly chocolate shake with some coffee added to it . Best Shake to taste.

Strawberry Milkshake : This consist of Strawberry piece and added flavour with some good quantity.

Firni : Some new dish made of malai and sweet to taste .

I called the Restaurant to ask for medium spicy rice suggestion, as it was our first time ordering with them. When we opened my order, the rice topped heavily with dry fruits (almonds and raisins). I called back the Restaurant to express my disappointment and frustration over the order. I was told to simply pick out the dry fruits and keep them aside. Why wasn't I informed about the dish - especially when it came as a recommendation? I was later told it's Lebanese and dry fruits are a standard in them, again not informed beforehand. Is this the appropriate response to just pick out the things from your dish? The entire spicy element was the sauce the serve on the side, and call it a gravy. No one enjoyed the food, half stomach. Ok writing about this place is something different cause I liked the place and somehow it completed all of my expectations but place was looking over crowded cause of the huge furniture but sitting arrangements and tablets were comfortable so never mind . Food was delicious I specifically loved the food and the mocktails rather than that staff was friendly and polite so I loved that service was fast and over all place was great please next time play some better songs in a bit low volume and seriously think about your furniture cause hardly one person can move between the space u had in every table .
