Whether I wanted to explore the nearby sights or venture further into the city, the hotel's convenient location made it a breeze. The accommodations at Citizen Restaurant were nothing short of fantastic. My room was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had a restful sleep every night. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. Citizen Restaurant is a culinary masterpiece. I visited Citizen Restaurant, Sion Dharavi and ordered Chicken Chilli Gravy with Fried Rice. Along with the food, they served me a colored chutney. When I asked if it was the Shaigvaan chutney, the staff told me it was a special chutney and that it would be charged separately.

Honestly, this was surprising because in most restaurants chutney, sauce, or accompaniments are given complimentary with the dish. Nowhere do they charge extra for something so basic, unless it is clearly mentioned in the menu. The way they highlighted this “special chutney” and added extra cost felt very unprofessional.

Food was decent, but this practice of charging separately for chutney left a bad impression. Restaurants should be transparent with their customers and not add unexpected charges for something that is normally served together...

it is very good restaurant it is located in dharavi 90feet road you will get veg and non veg food there is call and order and get home delivery available but currently home delivery services by food delivery apps swiggy Uber eats and zomato etc not available but after all it is best for group dinner there is cold drinks and ice cream also available and in Ramzan special foods for sehri available and in Ramzan restaurant's time...
