This place is in sion and it’s near SIES COLLEGE . They have variety of cuisines like south India and North Indian food . And from street food to fast food . The best and the worth trying dish here is the Chole samosa and chole Puri , they have a really nice and very tangy and tasty variety of chat Other dishes like chats, sweet dishes, paw bhaji, dosas, also lunch dishes are tasty. Best quick bite place in Sion. Yes, this is the famous Guru Krupa Hotel that you might have heard. I have grown up eating at this place on a regular basis. Everyone knows that their pattice and samosa ragda are must try. Other dishes that are recommended are Cheese Grilled Sandwich, Onion Uthappa, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji.
The price of samosa since the year 1990 have gone up with the decrease in the size of the samosa. However, this is one place that I completely adore for best taste and worth the money. Though you might find this expensive enough, but the taste of chole samosa and ragada pattice is surreal to your taste buds. The place is highly crowded during peak hours and the payment counter is usually in rush.
The combination of chole and samosa is quite interesting. The Chole samosa were served instantly hot right after removing from the pan. With fantastic chat as well as an outdoor, indoor (non-AC) and indoor (AC) provides a good place to sit and eat thali, sandwich, south indian, chole bhature, etc. The pick of the food here is definitely the chat. Be ready for really long waiting lines on weekdays and on weekends. To be frank I have liked everything that I have ordered till date. Btw try waking up early someday as Dal Pakwan at this place is amazing but sadly it is available only till 10.30am. Sweets at this place are recommended, they get huge orders for their sweets. Ghevar and Ras Malia are my favorites. They have variety of tasty Barfis.
Service is quick but not that friendly. Manager is friendly though. This place is always packed so you might have to wait if you want to sit and eat. Not much of an ambience place. Cost is reasonable compared to the quality you get.
It is a must recommended place for everyone.

The samosas at Guru Kripa are simply outstanding. They are perfectly crisp on the outside, with a flavorful and well-seasoned filling. The variety of options available is impressive, ranging from classic potato and peas to more innovative options like cheese and corn. Each samosa is generously sized, ensuring great value for money.
One thing that sets Guru Kripa apart is their attention to quality. The ingredients used are of top-notch quality, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The samosas are not overly greasy, which is a common issue in many other places. It's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft, and it reflects in the taste and presentation of their samosas.
The service at Guru Kripa is prompt and efficient. Despite being busy, the staff manages to serve customers quickly without compromising on quality. The prices are reasonable, considering the excellent taste and portion size of the samosas.
The ambiance of the place is casual and laid-back, with simple seating arrangements. While it may not be a fancy restaurant, it has a certain charm that adds to the overall experience.

A mundane weekday evening is transformed, by a mere visit to my lane of fond memories...Gurukripa is a sensory feast, a treat to the senses, with its tongue tickling delectable dishes, one that brings long lost childhood memories to life. The most iconic of being the A1 samosa (yes, the only branded samosa in the world) with their signature chole (chickpea stew). For those who do not recognise this name, this is the samosa that you must have munched on watching bollywood blockbusters at your friendly neighborhood cinema! Served piping hot with the assortment of sweet and green chutneys with a flourish of sliced onions, the result is a divine combination of sweet, savory comfort that brings in a rush of memories. That said the dal pakwan (served on special occasions and limited hours) has its own fan following. Other notable dishes include the crisp pattice served with ragada and the sev batata puri, which will leave you yearning for more. Hunger satiated, once you step out you are greeted with a super sensory assault with the dessert section which has delectable yummies like the sinfully rich badam halwa and the creamy melt in the mouth sev barfi. You buy your quota for the month and grudgingly step away even as you longingly look over your shoulder, distraught at separation from the love of your life!
