Crave Junction — Restaurant in Mumbai

Kandivali is known for paradise for vegetarians, there are bunch of spots . I was looking for new spot to visit , went to this magnificent junction . Spend your time at this junction along with lip smacking dishes along with luscious mocktails .

“CRAVE JUNCTION “ is a newly opened spot that serves some of the quick bites . It includes Mexican , American and Authentic north indian dishes . Apart from this , they have luscious mocktails to try out . A well curated menu , a pure vegetarian spot . The best part is they have signature in-house dips . There is no added flavour .

The Ambience is Admirable , Spacious spot having proper seating arrangement . The theme of wall is basically a road . There are amazing collection of souvenir which looks beautiful. Colourful sofas and tables makes this decor more attractive . Service was excellent as the staff took good care of us .

MOCKTAILS

1)MUMBAI KALA KHATTA - kicked off with this , packed with refreshment . Had nice flavourful taste , it wasn’t too sweet , it was perfect. Presentation was on point , all time favourite kala khatta had a twist of crave junction .

2)APPLE COFFEE - this was an interesting choice ! Apple and coffee combination went well , tasted well . A bit bitter , especially the coffee flavour along with apple juice was delightful to have it . Tasted well and it was well presented. Something different to try out .

STARTERS

1)CLASSIC MEXICAN TART - Had this Mexican twisted dish , tart filled with veggies and topped with cheese . Tasted delicious, nice crunchy tart along with overloaded cheese . 6 pieces were served , so the quantity was sufficient .

2)EXOTIC VEGETABLE BRUSCHETTA - Made to perfection, nice combination of veggies along with perfect amount of cheese . Tasted well , cheesy bruschetta with sufficient quantity. Topped with olives , over all it tasted pretty good .

MAIN COURSE

1)PANEER ACHARI PARATHA - Yet another an interesting choice , paratha stuffed to perfection and served with pudina raita and traditional dal makhni. the paneer was perfectly stuffed . Tasted scrumptious, the combination went well , 6 inch paratha was served .

2)TEX MEX RICE BOWL - Mexican concept had a twist of crave junction. Veggies stuffed to perfection along with rice . The rice was properly cooked , it had well balance of spices . the gravy tasted on point , this Mexican dish had Indian tadka . Tasted well , quantity was sufficient.

DESSERTS

1)LAVA SUNDAE - the cakes are typically baked in individual portions . it had soft texture , the inside chocolate filling was delightful to have it . A scoop of vanilla ice cream was served along with these cakes . Tasted well , had good amount of sweetness . the presentation was excellent.

2)HAZELNUT SHAKE - lastly had this shake which tasted on point . Flavourful taste with well presented. Perfect way to end an happy meal .

Finest and one of the best option in pure veg category in Kandivali.!

This gem place located on SV road offers some lip smacking and innovative fusions.! We went to this place for dinner as one of my friend from US wanted to try Indian fusions.! They do serve authentic Indian mains too.! Palce offers very comfortable seating options and is definitely suited for family dinners or any kind of parties.! Interiors are so cool and are perfectly designed. Walls decorated with those unique show pieces from around the world looks really attractive.! They do have outdoor seating setup too.!

Staff and service, staff was really well trained and welcoming.! Service was really quick and flawless.

About food and beverages, a pure veg restaurant with so many options to choose from is definitely a gem according to me.! Their fusions are something that you should not miss out on.! Also, they do have some amazing and unique mocktails.! We really liked rather I would say loved each and every thing at this place.

Things that we tried and definitely recommend to people are as below:

Madam ka apple coffee - I haven't had this awesome mocktail in a long while. This was so perfect in taste.! Apple juice, coffee, vanilla and cinnamon stick. That blend was so perfect and smooth. Enjoyed every sip of this drink.!

Mango Mohini - basil, lime and mango puree all. Together to make a refreshing drink. A very good option to accompany your meal.

Chikni chilly bread pakoda - I had this kind of bread pakoda for the first time.! Chilli cheese instead of normal potato stuffing in a pakoda and believe me it was lip smacking. Special mention about their dips they were all house made and unique. I really liked their maharaja dip it was perfect blend of mayo and seven spices.! Don't forget to try this.!

Manchurian Nest - perfect Manchurian on a bed of crispy fried noodles looks exactly similar to birds nest and hence the name.! Taste wise it was perfect.!

Amritsar express burger - best fusion burger I had till date.! I could never imagine a samosa chole chat and a burger together but hats off to crave Junction for this amazing fusion. It was served with fresh and crisp French fries.! This indeed was the best thing.!

Shaolin Paneer wala - not like your regular pizza! Every one must have tried a pizza with a pesto tweaks but this one with a korean sauce and a fresh paneer chunks and some chillies on a fresh house made dough was something different and delicious too.! Highly recommended.

Strawberry Vani aur wo - special dessert from their seasonal menu was very delightful. This was definitely with lot of surprises inside and a chunks of fresh strawberry. Don't miss their seasonal specials as they are all super amazing.!

Overall I would say a very good option to try fusions that don't disappoint. They have crafted menu and all the dishes keeping in mind the taste to be delivered.! A place perfect for family get together, casual meet ups or any kind of...

Crave junction is a gem for vegetariens which is located in Kandivali which has come up with an amazing Bollywood fusion. This particular place not only takes care of vegetarians but also keeps up with Jain needs. The restaurant is located on Sv just opposite Dr Babasaheb Hospital offers some lip -smacking and amazing fusions. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating arrangements as well. The ambiance and the decor is super amazing, the whole place is color cordinated with orange and prusian colors. These colour stands out really well. Apart from this the walls are decorated with show pieces across the world which enhances the decor of the place. I visited this place with my mom for lunch as we were looking for some light snacks and good Indian fusion this place matched our choice.

Staff are well trained and spontaneous. Service was really quick and amazing.

Coming to the food and beverages, this restaurant has a wide variety of options in terms of mocktails and food. We loved each and everything which was served to us.

Things which we tried and would recommend are :

Madam ka apple coffee- I tried this kind of a mocktail for the first time. Presentation wise was quiet different. Apple juice, vanilla, coffee and cinnamon stick. The flavour and fragrance of cinnamon stick was perfect and smooth.

Kallu Kaliya- Presentation wise normal. It was served in Margherita glass. The taste was superb loved the tangy and sour combination. This cooler is usually popular at Chowpatty.

Chinni Chilly bread pakoda- I tried this for the first time not your normal bread pakoda.. Chilli cheese instead of normal potato stuffed in the pakoda. The taste was superb and we combined this with the in house dips which was perfect. Highly recommended.

Green thai revolution starter- If you are a Thai lover, then this is a must try. Crispy veggies tossed in hot garlic sauce. You are going to love the taste. The Thai flavour is going to satisfy your tastebuds.

Mains: Lasoon ka Tadka pizza- They prepare their own pizza base over here. This pizza is amazing in taste and a must try. It was prepared with lasoon ka tadka again the Indian fusion comes in pictures, with capscium, chilly, jalapenos and onions as the toppings.

Lastly for desserts we had Strawberry fest. I was drooling over this one. This is prepared with fresh strawberries, strawberry jelly, whip cream, vanilla cake and strawberry ice cream. If you are an ardent lover of strawberry then you should try this one.
