Dharma's Sandwich — Restaurant in Mumbai

This outlet continues to serve some of the most delicious and irresistible sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their menu offers such a wide variety that it’s hard to pick just one favorite, and I’ve enjoyed countless meals here over the years. While the outlet operates as a self-service place and doesn’t provide the most comfortable dining experience, this hasn’t stopped people from loving their food. In fact, it’s one of the reasons many customers prefer ordering delivery from here. This place is truly a hidden gem in Borivali, and I’ve been a loyal customer since the days when they operated as a humble roadside stall. I’ve personally witnessed their incredible journey from a small stall to a café and now a franchise. Despite their growth and fame, what stands out the most is that their taste has remained consistent and just as amazing as it was back in the day. Although I’ve never reviewed them before, this has always been my go-to sandwich spot. My personal favorite is their Dharma Special Sandwich, which is loaded with fresh vegetables, creamy mayo, and gooey cheese, as well as their Chocolate Sandwich, which is a delightful treat. However, I’ve tried almost everything on their menu, and I can honestly say that every item is delicious. Order placed through #Zomato yesterday.. Firstly, the delivery boy marked the parcel delivered before he reaches on the door.. Upon calling him claimed that, he was on the door but no one opened the door (which is not possible).. But If door was not opened for sometime, he didn't even tried calling me to open it.. After sometime he appeared with the parcel and was very rude (even on the phone when called).. Later we observed that, one of the food package was tampered and some part of food also was missing as if someone has taken bite of it.. Upon calling #ZomatoCare, the representative acknowledged the incident and refunded the full amount of order immediately.. Also the delivery boy was added to the call in conference to know understand his view on the same.. Even on the call he was rude and declined that he has done that.. Also mentioned that, this could have done by auto driver where he left the parcel and went for another delivery, which is very surprising.. The highlight of my visit was indulging in their Peri Peri French Fries and Cheese Blast Sandwich.The Peri Peri French Fries were a perfect blend of spice and crunch. Each bite had the right amount of seasoning, providing a delightful kick without being overwhelming. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them an irresistible snack.The Cheese Blast Sandwich was an absolute treat. It was generously stuffed with cheese, which melted perfectly to create a creamy and rich texture. The bread was fresh and toasted to perfection, adding a nice crunch to every bite. The combination of flavors was outstanding, making it a truly satisfying experience.
