Very Neat & Clean Hotel from Budget to Business Travellers. Dormitory is very reasonable priced at 350 to 500 as per season, rush n offers. Total 70 persons occupancy including Single, Double Rooms & Dormitory. Very Clean, Newly constructed building which is Business Hub. Staff is very caring & supportive. Reception is helpful. Well managed by ethical Muslim Chiliya Community. Unmarried couples strictly not allowed, couples should be legally married. female partners valid ID having male partner's name is required to check in. It's very good regarding reputation & Safety. Although it's good for solo, business travellers, bachelor's & male groups. Family may not enjoy stay in compact rooms. Just beside Kasturba Police Station outside Borivali station East side. You can get autos for National Park, Western express highway, Kandivali East, thakur village etc. Nashik Shivshahi & ST Bus Depot Shakurwadi is at walking distance. Many food joints around. If you cross railway bridge then within 5 minutes walking you will reach to Borivali West happening Cloths, Stationary, Electronic Markets, street foods, gujarati cousins. Moksh, Indraprastha & Anupam malls are reasonable. Travels buses towards Gujrat, Pune, Solapur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nashik, Jalgaon, Dhulia, Akola, Nagpur starts from neraby locations. Pleasent for overnight stays, day around works. Only negttive point is, they do not running AC in Dormitory under Corona reasons, no way for air ventilation. A Pocket-Friendly Stay Near Borivali Station - Hotel Nice Stay

I stayed at Hotel Nice Stay near Borivali station and wanted to share my thoughts with you. Here's a simple review of my experience:

Location and Check-In: The hotel is on the first floor of Paras Business Center, right next to Borivali station. Checking in was easy, and the staff was friendly.

Accommodation and Amenities: They don't serve breakfast, but you can order from Zomato or other nearby places. No alcohol is allowed. The rooms are not huge, but they're okay. We booked a room with a big bed, and the staff, especially Raees bhai, took good care of us, especially because we were two girls.

Parking Facilities: There's no dedicated parking, but they helped us park our two-wheeler for an extra charge. If you have a vehicle, this might be something to consider.

Cost and Booking: For three nights, we paid 9200/-. Keep in mind, we stayed during the last weekend of 2023, which might have affected the cost. Considering everything, the price was reasonable.

Cleanliness and Restrictions: The rooms and passages were clean, which was nice. Just know that the rooms are not very big. Also, the hotel doesn't allow unmarried couples to stay.

Conclusion: If you're looking for an affordable place close to the station, Hotel Nice Stay is a good choice. The staff, especially Raees bhai, is helpful, especially for solo female travelers.
