Hotel Honest (5 mins from Borivali Station) — Hotel in Mumbai

Worst Experience. Giving 1star as 0star is not possible. They charge you for Non AC delux room 1700rs, compared to this... Hotel rooms are very small. Tv doesn't work, and the hotel staff has informed the owner several times but the owner doesn't care to fix it. Owner is very reluctant to consider half day stay at the hotel, as my flight got preponed so had to check-in early, but had to pay the complete charge for the room, owner gets angry if you discuss anything on this with him. The fans installed are at a very low height, if you are 5.5-6ft tall, don't stretch your arms it will hit the fan. The room length is less than 8ft in height. The geyser doesn't work directly you need to inform the room service guy they switch on something then you switch on geyser and then you get very less hot water, maybe the geyser is also not working properly. For my room the switch was also broken. They serve the sandwich directly in the serving tray, there is no hygiene maintained to atleast keep it in a plate. Online booking says they serve mineral water but they don't even have bisleri water, you cannot buy from them as well as there is no stock with them. They serve water in PET bottles which are meant for single use, which I am not sure is of what quality. 1700rs for this is not worth it at all. Think before you book...

Had a leisure break at Hotel Honest with family recently. Must say it was an exceptional stay. The property is beautiful and ideally located in the heart of the city far from the maddening crowd, but still with easy access to major shopping, tourist and religious destinations. The staff was one of the best we have come across,||The Hotel is in an excellent position in Borivali with very good facilities. Booking made online without any problem, check in fast, smooth and very friendly. Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, excellent facilities. All staff were very helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. Security excellent. Breakfast was very good each morning and the restaurant staff were exceptional, attentive, prompt with service and always focused on top service. Will definitely return...

FELT CHEATED I Was On Business Trip Yesterday...I Booked A Room...They Showed Me 2 Room , 1 With A/c but not Attached Washroom and TV and other With Attached Bathroom And TV...So I Booked the one with attached ones, BUT when in took bath and tried to on TV it was not working so i called them to resolve it, they just said there is some wiring issue so none of tv is working of any rooms...i felt i should make big issue on this...as why they took rate for all ammunities when they knew that tv is not working...they should have informed me before booking...
