Greens Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

This is probably the worst management, staff, and menu preparation that I have ever experienced. In complete Maharashtra, I have had amazing experience of having a masala pao dish in which whole pao is prepared in the masala. This restaurant prepares the same dish differently. I visited here for the first time and they prepared the dish in all together a different manner to which we very professionally gave him a feedback that this is not how the dish is meant to be, and the staff denied to accept the feedback. They called the owner and to a big surprise, the owner looked like a mafia gang member and when we gave him the feedback that the dish is not rightly prepared, he again disagreed and said that we have to pay for it. No matter how the dishes is. After polite and humble conversation, We left the hotel and we told the hotel owner that this time we are paying for the badly prepared dish but at the same time, we will post a review of the same. Since the lockdown I am avoiding the place like the black plague.

I'm quite sure that if I spend half an hour waiting outside the restaurant that I won't be able to maintain Social distancing.

In fact I went against my willingness, to pick up food from here because the swiggy delivery guy got assigned multiple orders and was stuck here for 45 minutes!! (Talk about being in over your head 😂)And in 1 minute I felt claustrophobic in the crowd that had amassed to dine here. There was more crowd than in a Virar train on a Monday morning. (I can understand that most of the guys were tired of eating burnt dal and undercooked rotis everyday, since they are willing to die of COVID rather than eat that food!!)

Unless they start reservation system I'm keeping my distance from this joint and asking everyone else to do the same. 🙏
