Ellora Guest House — Hotel in Mumbai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ellora Guest house and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided top-notch service, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

The guest house itself boasts a stunning and modern design. The lobby is good, creating a welcoming ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and seamless, with the staff offering a warm smile and providing all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and amenities.

The room I stayed in was exceptional. It was clean, well-maintained, and featured stylish and comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities in the room, including a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, were a nice touch that added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.

What I learn from this:- Always check the room first than book if they are not allowing than simply try another hotel. Don't get excited what shown on the Google photos or other websites it can be downloaded from the internet.

Experience:- It is the worst guest house I ever seen in my life. I booked Non-Ac room because the price are little bit higher side. So I thought the room should be atleast clean as you can see in the picture. But the reality is they download all these pictures from internet. The rooms are in very bad condition pathetic. I can't even say that much bad the room was. There is no management for cleaning the room and washroom. It looks like some is regularly using. Another thing they don't let you to see the room until you pay all the amount. Because they know if you see the room you will not stay in that Hotel.

Don't ever try to book your room there it is waste of money. Better you spend more on other hotels...

Rooms were disappointing, still booked because of our restrictions to the location, but turns out their behavior is far worse than the rooms. The arrogant man on the desk started arguing early morning during check-in and asked to give money for ID Cards xerox. Even when visiting with family of 11 people kept insisting on everyone's id hard copy to be left with him at the desk. Their staff during checkout broke 2 trolley bags wheels on stairs by dragging them down rather than carrying them properly and still were not satisfied with ₹100 tip.
