Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Mumbai

ABSOLUTE PATHETIC MANAGEMENT We went to have deserts & shakes to this place Frozen Bottle in Dahisar at around 10.30 Pm as soon as we entered the guy told us "Sir 20-25 minute lagega zyada online order hai" despite only us at the store. We sat and saw the menu to order something but after that the same guy told " Sir 30 minutes se zyada hoga online orders aate ja rahe hai". We left immediately. They only accept online orders and execute that no service at the store whatsoever. If this is the approach then better open cloud kitchen why to open stores when you cannot fulfill store orders. If customer is at the store first priority is the customer who is in the store. Better to avoid this pathetic place and go to Keventures.

Worst...waste of money...I had ordered 2 items from their Dombivli store through swiggy. Dark Temptation Sundae & Red Velvet Brownie Sundae & after eating here's my million rupees experience,

1. No taste at all ( Literally a bald taste) 😡
2. worst packaging

With your price range I expected I'm going to have a premium experience but sadly you are not even up to the minimum expectation level.

You are just looting customers. I should have come to review page before ordering. Those who are reading this..Mine got wasted....save yours 💰

Service vise the woman was not giving proper money/change back....The ac was leaking on our table. THE BLOODY MENU IS FAKE. Half of the things r not available. The waffles said 129 while ordering she took 152 .we paid her 200 she asked for 2rupees change we said we didn't have so she took it from the 200 itself and instead of returning us 148 she gave us 147 like she didn't even tell us she doesn't have a rupee or smtg . She is starting straight into my soul like she gonna muder me...... Overall not a...
