GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS® — Restaurant in Mumbai

The cheese bomb veg burger is delicious 😋. Crispy, plump patty covered with good amounts of tomato, spinach (if it was lettuce, it wasn't iceberg, couldn't make out which type it was) and cheese. They didn't scrimp on the layers as most burger joints do... absolutely fresh, large buns.

The Habibi burger was tasty, but a bit dry. A bit more sauce would have helped take it to the next level. The patty was also quite thin, and a bit undercooked in the centre.

Cheesy fries were crispy and coated with some spice, though strangely, the cheese was served separately. Not served on a platter and covered with cheese, but in a paper bag, so the taste was slightly different, but it also kept the fries crisp. Delicious though.

Peri peri wedges were awesome.

While ordering, we tried to figure out the difference between the Bean Bomb and Sir Truffalot, but could not.

The fries/wedges coke combo is great as the coke comes almost free. It's great that they serve the coke can instead of the usual glasses.

Presentation -wise , it would be great if food could be served the way the restaurant has depicted in the photos uploaded by them....on wooden platters. It would definitely add to the experience, especially given that it's a premium place....we paid almost a ₹1000 for two people for an all veg order ( remember its a burger joint).

A shout out to Komal who rang up our order. She has this amazing ability to read the customer and act on it. She could make out when we were getting hungry and nudged the cook :) and made sure the music was turned down when we requested. Service with a...

I had the worst experience today with Good Flippin’ Chembur, and I truly regret my decision. We ordered The Cluckinator online, but due to poor delivery service, our order got canceled. Despite this, we never received a refund. We tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, but the manager was extremely rude and refused to answer our calls. Left with no choice, we had to travel 10 km to the store just to sort things out. Eventually, we had to pay again to get the burger, only to be completely disappointed by the quality. The buns were cold, and the cabbage was straight out of the fridge, making the entire experience even worse. Overall, this was a terrible experience, both in terms of service and food quality. Visited Good Flippin Burgers outlet near Diamond Garden in Chembur on 21.05.2023. The food is very good, no doubt about it; ambience and cleanliness as well - on point.

The only thing that I didn't like is the restaurant refused to provide tap water; this is increasingly happening in many places in the city. Every restaurant should provide a tap water (regular water) option. (This is not a fine dine ) Moreover, the bottle provided was a "select channels only" bottle meaning it's already an overpriced MRP bottle; on top of it they charge over and above this printed MRP.
