Grand Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Mumbai

The service I must say is the worst. I placed an order at 08:02 pm and received the order at 09.30 pm. The order was delivered 30 minutes late and I was patient enough. The flat noodles I received was over cooked after I called the restaurant there the manager ap that he sent the overcooknoodles as he dint want to delay. This is pathetic as I paid full money for the food to be cooked in the right way. I was promised exchange of noodles in 30 minutes which did not happen. Now after waiting till 10.30 pm the restaurant did not deliver the noodles and I was told in 30 minutes the overcooked noodles would be picked up and a refund will be initiated which did not happen. I waited till 12:15 am midnight but there was no refund or noodles delivered. The manager did not even have the courtesy to call. Worst...

Ordering from this restaurant was a mistake. Utter nonsense...the quantity was good but the quality OH MY the Schezwan chutney dip was very evidently stale-. gotten sever stomach ache cuz of it for 2 days, triple Schezwan fried rice and chicken Schezwan noodles was a sheer disgrace to Chinese cuisine. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL. QUALITY...
