MTNL is probably dead and its all but forgotten. Phones and services have not worked for years and it is believed that BSNL is managing a skeletal operation in some exchanges in Delhi and Mumbai as of 2024. Though its strange that this company's stock price still trades at a whopping Rs 40.60 per share on 7th March 2024, when the net worth of this company is virtually eroded and intrinsic value is probably below par with no hope in sight. I had given MNP request on 1900, and got an immediate reply from 1901, that my porting process will be completed in 4 days.
