Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience on Eid

I had a highly disappointing experience with Grills and Wok on Eid, a day that is meant to be celebrated with joy and good food. Initially, they assured me that the food would be ready by 2 PM. However, they later pushed the time to 3 PM. Even then, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was made to wait until 3:45 PM only to be told that the food wouldn't be ready until 5 PM.

Yeh kya mazaak hai? Eid ke din pe, instead of enjoying the festivities, I was left hungry and extremely frustrated. Their poor management and lack of respect for customers' time are unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but their complete disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling.

Aisi service ke saath, who would want to come back? I left feeling angry, hungry, and utterly let down. Grills and Wok, you need to seriously up your game. Highly disappointed.
