Gupta sandwich — Restaurant in Mumbai

Worst experience…Not at all professional…Owner very rude and doesnt accept his mistake…We ordered 6 sandwitches and 2 pizza’s No onion no garlic …Firstly he says dont order here order via zomato and i dont have people so will take an hour to deliver…After an hour it is delivered but entirely different order…4 sandwitch mini ..sandwitch was also not fully filled with veggies and 2 pizzas loaded with onion and garlic evenafter we told them twice No onion garlic to be used as we are jains and have guest at house…worst is that even after we tell them please replace the order as its different the owner rudely says i dont have men its too much rush you guys come at the shop to give me…Evenafter reaching the shop, it was shocking to know there was no rush.. entirely empty shop and no one was ready to replace the order …After heated arguments the owner says take ur money back…Just worst experience wont recommend at all…Heights is that they not interested in doing business and satisfying...

Terrible Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The hygiene was lacking, and the seating was inadequate. The staff seemed to have no understanding of cleanliness or customer service. They advertise free delivery, but whenever I called to place an order, they would take my address and then inform me that they had no delivery personnel available and that I needed to pick up the order myself. Additionally, their packaging was poor; they used low-quality paper that made the entire sandwich soggy. The chutney was mixed and had a strong, unpleasant smell. I would strongly advise against ordering...

The vashi outlet is very nice. But this one in Ghatkopar is pathetic. Ordered Paneer Panini(jain, without Cheese) and lemongrass mojito. He made us wait for like 35-40 mins telling that just 5 more mins. And after 40 mins. when I got angry, he said sorry madam, paneer is not there, so we were waiting for paneer to come. So I ordered a Panini without Paneer. He made it non-jain and with lots of cheese shredded on top. And instead of Lemon grass mojito, he just added the Manama lemon-ginger syrup to the water and gave it. And on top of it he had no remorse. The other dish that we ordered was...
