It was a culinary bonanza to delve into a fabulous Sunday Brunch @itcgrandcentral along with the major highlight of Goan Popup by Chef Sarita all the way from ITG Grand Goa. While interaction with her I saw utmost enthusiasm, passion to preserve cultural influence of Goan Food. Located at Parel this Plush and elegant property has a beautiful architect that will take you to the history with present style touch to it. Hornby's Pavillion is the place where you find numerous amount of dishes offered under Sunday Brunch. As soon I arrived I saw a perfect spread not overly done or under the mark. It was perfect why I said this because the chefs maintain quality over quantity in this spread. While the focus was on Goan Food I was accompanied by my colleague and he was thoroughly enjoyed the nonveg preparations specially fish and prawn made dishes. And I enjoyed the vegetarian food which was perfectly home style with perfect blend of spices and ingredients. Right from soup to Salads then cheese section followed by main course and sum it up over desserts, everything was arranged systematically. I experienced freshness in every dish. Whether it's chaat or Salads. Lemon Coriander soup was a great start with assorted freshly baked breads. Roti served hot and soft. Biryani had a beautiful aroma of rice and veggies. Number of options in desserts which I taste everything and shaahi Tukda and yogurt dry fruits being my favorite amongst the spread. Watermelon juice was fresh with no added water and peach iced tea accompanied well during all the eating. Usually we find huge Spread on Sunday Brunch but sometimes restaurant tend to lose some quality in few dishes which is not the case here. My focus was preparations done by Chef Sarita and it was a pure delight. A big shout out to Chef Sarita for scrumptious spread, big thank you to @itcgrandcentral for hosting me. It was a perfect Sunday which I can...

Ambiance was just festive - they had the banana leaf placed on each table. One can go eat with the hand or take a plate which also had a small banana leaf. The entrance was decorated well. All in all the moment you entered you were in for a treat.
