I must say beyond this two there is one more pizza outlet and its la Pinoz pizza Its newly open in kandivali west, mahavir nagar. The ambiance is superb. Well seating arrangements has been done. The owner of outlet polite and responsive I have order 1. Garlic bread🍞 2. English retreat 3. Cheese 7 pizza πŸ• (must try) ( all different flavor of cheeseπŸ§€) 4. Blue berry shake 5. Mint mohito 6. Choco lava Quality and quantity of food was good. Love the taste of food Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Freshness of food - 5/5

I had ordered a garden special pizza (medium) as well as a pesto and basil pizza (medium) So I have a lot to say about this place I dunno if they delivered the wrong pizza but my pizza had neither pesto nor basil lol. The pizzas were drier than a wheat thin!! We couldn't make out the difference whether we were eating a pizza or just the cardboard! It tasted disgusting and even smelt like cardboard. Just like a 2 min microwave pizza that you'll find in a 7-Eleven shop. I don't know about their dine in service but I'm sure their delivery is the worst and so are their pizzas πŸ—ΏπŸ‘

I had ordered Hot Passion Pizza and Capsicum, Paneer & Red Paprika Pizza. The packaging was very well. The dough was perfectly baked and the toppings were amazing. I was super satisfied with Hot Passion as it had Mushrooms, Jalapenos and Paneer all in one 😍 Totally value for money and amazing taste... The restaurant is also awarded Best Pizzeria Veg from Times (They had sent a menu card that gave this information 😁) Overall a great experience πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ βœ… Packaging - 4/5 βœ… Quality - 4/5 βœ… Quantity - 4/5 βœ… Overall experience - 4/5

They are playing very smart in marketing to fool customers.. I eat pizza very rarly that too from near by outlet.. Today i thought to explore other options, i found La Pino'z Pizza website. The website is not user friendly where non tech savy person can easily find the details.. On Google 1 + 1 scheme was the highlight whereas while placing order i couldn't find it.. So i ordered 4 pizza's of 2 different flavours each by selecting 1st size.. I had to pay to place the order bcoz COD option was not available.. After placing the order (Order no. 11847773, dated 25/01/23 & Bill no. 34635) i called up to cross check whether i have placed correct order or not.. The executive didn't guide us about 1 + 1 scheme nor he briefed us that we have placed 4 SINGLE SLICE & NOT THE 4 ENTIRE PIZZA.. Later when we recieved the order almost after 45 mins we realised we paid 798 just for 4...

Lapinoz kandivali outlet Along with home delivery services is the best for any one who's favourite food is pizzza. I ordere peri peri pizzza medium size with cold cofffe and was completely outperformed by the taste and the services including the place. Must visit and enjoy the beauty.La pinoz a great place and with the best customer care/services The treatment is nice and the place is also good! The pizza i had was cheeezy7 and all i can say is that it was literally fingerlicking good followed by the green apple and stuffed garlic bread i was fullfilled. Great place for a pizza lover Really enjoyed alot and was having the best time the quality along with Quantity everything was absolutely well and made ma day must try Atleast once ull really liked it

Edit Apr 2025: Head office replied to my review 2 years after posting. Such lousy approach.

I ordered delivery for kids visiting my place. As a quick bite we ordered Classic Pizzas Pack of 4.

It was bread and mayo with a few pieces of toppings swimming in the mayo. Kids were hungry and they finished off the "Bread and Mayo" combo. But I was aghast. Called the outlet and they flatly said that there would be "liquid cheese or cheese dip" on a 'classic pizza' as per their policy.

It seems it's La Pino's central policy and system to give mayonnaise in place of cheese on a classic "Pizza". Italian name of the fast food chain, but defeats whole idea of pizza :D

Calling outlet was futile. Needless to say very...
