Mansi Hotel — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very bad experience. I had ordered special thali. I paid 175 for it, and they gave me ghar ka daal instead of daal fry, Chauli ki sabzi and vatana usal, the rice was very bad in taste, which they call it pualo. And wasn't fresh also. There was no panner ki sabji as they said. They send you parcel after two hours. Parcel was in very bad condition as you can see in picture & outer bag was very dirty. On phone they tell you something else & give you something else. When I went to complain, the owner was not even listening & accepting his mistake, but arguing with me.
