• I ordered Chicken Chilly Kepsa Rice and Chicken Tikka Kepsa Rice on Eid day and i regret. We usually order from Persian Darbar but because of delivery timing we had ordered from Mao as it is close from my home. Heres my review. Food Delivery - 45 mins (Mahim to Mahim) Cannot make out the difference between Chicken Chilly and Chicken Tikka Kepsa rice as both looks same and tastes same. Did not mention on Box whether its Chi Tikka or Chi Chilly Kepsa Rice. Del boy himself was confused. Quality of Rice was not good. Very less gravy on both the rice. I was feeling as if i am having fried rice with no gravy No eggs in both the rice Finally i returned Chi Chilly Kepsa Rice. Del Boy told me Manager was new thats why Kepsa Rice is not proper, he dont know anything. Then he said we are getting lot of orders thats why in a hurry we made like this Kepsa. (Dont take orders when you cannot fulfill) Called me 4-5 times whether i need another one or refund and on each call i told them that i need refund. Will never order again. Thank You for ruining my Eid too. *

2nd Experience - 4-01-2022 No Surprise, its still the same. Today i went with my wife and daughter and below is my experience. No Snacks item, Only Dinner. I ordered Crispy Chicken and it was not crispy, instead its Dragon Chilly Chicken. Very spicy. They served me cold and when i asked he just casually said no i think bcz of fan it turn cold. lol Really, are we so stupid. 😂 When we just ordered 1 dish the waiter could not accept the same, he just stood for few more secs and rolled his eyes and went to the chef.

I usually do not say but i think seriously, you should skip visiting this restaurant. Its worse near the vicinity. Shehnaz, Delhi Zaika are far more better. Always had a pleasant experience. If you prefer silence then visit Hub e Lazeez instead.

Located just below the Azad Nagar Metro station this outlet attract alot of Crowd.More precisily most of the customers are College Students as it is close to Bhavan's College.This Restaurant give an opportunity to the students to taste some mouth watering delicious food at a pocket friendly cost.The restaurant is really easy to spot as there are not alot of restaurants below Azad Nagar Metro Station.If you find it difficult to locate the outlet take the help of Google maps which can point the exact location.

Mao as the give speaks is a Family Restaurant serves some great food.There speciality is in North-Indian and Chines Cuisines.There are few regular customers who often visit this outlet just have the experience of that same taste.The restaurant has a detailed menu in which they offer Starters,Soup,Main Course,Gravy,Tikkas,Biryanis,Kepsas and Desserts.The quantity of the food is really good and the money that you pay for the food is worth it.The food is really Tasty and has Delicious Aroma to it.

The restaurant offers both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Cuisines.Panner Tikka,Butter Chicken,Chicken Kepsa,Falooda,Butter Chicken,Shawarma and Tandoori Chicken are some commonly ordered dishes.The outlet offers comfortable seating area for all.As they have both Indoor as wel as Outdoor seating areas.Indoor Seating has Air Conditioner which makes the experience more pleasant.

The staff working at the outlet is really co-operative and courteous.They help you whenever you prompt them.Staff also suggest the best dishes as per your taste.

Today i went to mahim branch and it was my worst decision to go here, as i always go in Andheri branch, waiter was so lazy what he was saying was so slow that i even cant hear what he was saying, and he was like we were sitting in some roadside tapri k 1 plate kanda laa idhar, and after giving order he was like deta hun, while waiting for my order as i was dinning in a cockroach 🪳 come flying on my table right next to my serving plate, i asked him what is this he told me k boss se baat karo mujhe kya malum, then i ignore this scenario i eat my dinner at the time time of billing i took parcel and he was like carry bag nhi dete humlog dabbe ka paisa legaga and all then again 1 cockroach came right next to me, i said call your manager, then 1 random guy from the staff come to me and told k pest control kiya hai isiliye cockroach 🪳 aa gaye hai. ( Boss pest control karne se cockroach 🪳 mar jaate hai aur paida nhi hote ). I am attaching the photo of the dead cockroach also. Is serving table is full of cockroaches then what about the kitchen, we never know. PLZ DON'T GO to MAO Mahim Branch, Worst...
