McDonald's Chembur — Restaurant in Mumbai

Horrible experience. This is the worst MCD I have ever visited in my life. MCD is my fav and I hate to say that this outlet is just beyond pathetic. Things that make this outlet terrible.

1. The person who was taking our order was the least interested to take orders.
2. Outlet is very small, especially the ground floor. It becomes so chaotic in the evening. Plus, when they know that the place gets chaotic why do they even throw birthday parties over there?
3. The crowd over there was even more annoying, everybody was pretending as if they are sitting in Starbucks. Legit scanning and passing comments on others.
4. The staff doesn't know how to manage the sitting area. We went to this outlet after a long flight and we hadn't eaten anything from morning. We were drained, we expected a little help from the staff at least. We kept asking please guide us to where can we sit, but she kept on saying I don't know and kept playing with a kid over there.
5. The Ac was off the entire time. Food came very late. We were carrying out own big luggage everywhere and now imagine you are starving, exhausted, everybody is judging you, the staff is not helping you, you are boiling in heat, your food is late, you are getting late, you don't even have a place to sit, people are not taking your orders and even if they are, they have a very weird attitude.

I visited here today and my experience was the worst! First of all they made us wait in 2 queue but there was only one person taking the order, secondly after waiting in line for 25mins when they were about to take our order they inform that they don't wanna take the order or they will take the order but will take 30 to 45mins to fullfill it (they can't say this in the beginning when we were waiting for about 25 mins) and when we redeem our code to order for hot chocolate but there server was down so they made us wait for another 15 mins. The lack of staff and manager worse behaviour and cool food made my experience really bad. I won't be visiting any MacDonald anytime soon and especially MacDonald in tilak nagar. They just make you wait for hours and serve cool food. The sad part is since we were so hungry and waited so long, we didn't even got the bill and forgot to ask about the same.
