Visited this place on a weekday around 12 pm. The staff seemed polite, but unfortunately they were extremely unhelpful.
First of all, I tried ordering directly at the counter, but the cashier asked me to use the kiosk, which is fine with me. I tried to use the McDonald's app to redeem a 89-ruppee combo of chicken nuggets + McFloat. However, neither the QR code nor the alphanumeric code worked.
One of the staff came over to assist me with this but to no avail. On the staff's insistence, I tried a different offer for 129-ruppee chicken nuggets. This didn't work either. The staff person told me that the customers before me were able to redeem their offers, but they weren't sure why it wasn't working for me.
I've been redeeming the codes at McDonald's for a long time now, and this was the first time I faced such an issue, so I was very upset. Moreover, the staff did not offer any assistance. They did not even let me place my order at the counter.
Ultimately, I had to buy the food at full price, so what should've costed me around Rs. 89 to 129 ended up costing Rs. 283! I was obviously pissed at this.
But to add to this, the staff told me that their ice cream machine isn't working, so I had to order coke instead of McFloat. Soon after, I see other patrons having soft serves!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Second of all, I had selected barbecue sauce as a dip for the chicken nuggets, but they served mustard sauce 🤦♀️.
Lastly, while placing the order, the staff tricked me into purchasing a medium coke instead of a small one by offering me just two options: medium and large! I felt like such an idiot later when I saw everyone else with a small cup of coke. Pathetic service! Never visiting this...
Read moreI visited the McDonald’s Jogeshwari outlet yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The dine-in area was closed, so I approached the takeaway window to ask about the menu. However, instead of receiving basic courtesy or assistance, the staff member responded harshly, stated “it’s closed,” and immediately shut the window in our faces.
As a long-time customer of McDonald’s, I found this behavior unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of line with the brand’s service standards. Basic politeness and communication cost nothing, and this interaction reflects poorly not only on the outlet but on McDonald’s reputation as a whole.
As a digital marketing professional, I understand how much customer interactions shape brand trust and this kind of behavior damages it deeply. McDonald’s is a globally respected brand known for consistency and service, yet this experience was the exact opposite of what customers expect.
If this is the level of service customers can anticipate, reviews like this one will inevitably impact both footfall and loyalty. I strongly urge McDonald’s management to take this feedback seriously, invest in proper staff training, and improve supervision at...
Read moreMcDonald's: Familiar Flavors in an Elegant Setting Located at the Jaiswal chambers on the SV Road Junction in Mumbai, this McDonald's offers a familiar menu but with a distinctive atmosphere. The first thing you'll notice is the beautiful and elegant ambiance. The design is modern and well-appointed, giving the space a more upscale feel than a typical fast-food restaurant. However, there's a minor inconvenience: the order and pickup counters are on the ground floor, while the seating area is located on the first floor. This can be a bit awkward, especially during busy times. When it comes to the food, McDonald's maintains its standard. The taste and quality are consistent with every other McDonald's, so you can expect the familiar flavors you know and love. There's no compromise on the food, which is exactly what you would expect. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy your favorite McDonald's meal in a pleasant environment. Just be prepared for the slight inconvenience of the...
