McDonald's — Restaurant in Mumbai

Post renovation visited Vile Parle West outlet for the first time. The place is quite spacious with self order kiosk placed right next to the mc cafe. Place was neat and tidy which was good to see. We were 2 adults & 3 kids and ordered the following items 1 Pizza puff 1 Veg cheese burger 1 Large Fries 1 Mexican Aloo Tikki Burger 1 Veg Burger Meal ( Large ) 1 American Veg Burger Spicy Meal (Large)

Swapped our soda drinks for lemon ice tea & green apple ice tea. Our overall bill was approx Rs 900 /- which is alright for the items ordered. Order was taken quickly but serve time can quicken up as they give you a table number and get your order directly on the table which sounds great but they get the complete order so you will have to wait.

Mc Cafe serves amazing hot & cold beverages and I would recommend order from there instead of soda drinks.

Veg burger with cheese was our favourite Pizza puff was hot and tasty Mexican Aloo was alright & I would stick to. Mc Aloo tikki burger. American cheese spicy burger was a new addition and it turned out pretty good. They served chilli sauce instead of regular ketchup which on request on given to us but be careful before you open the sachet to check which sauce was given. Ice tea contained so much ice that I requested them to remove it & my glass was half full without my first sip. Quantity is really less for the price & it’s too sweet in taste

Overall service needs to pick up, ice tea is too icy & too sweet which needs to reduce to balance it out. Bill accumulates very quickly so be careful while ordering as it gets expensive considering it’s fries,...

edit: My issue has been resolved as i got into touch with mcdonald’s the next morning and they got a wrap sent which was perfect. Thank you mcdonald’s.

had ordered myself three burgers and a big spicy paneer mcwrap from here. the mcwrap was delivered with butter all over its packaging and even the wrap was dripping in butter. i have had mc spicy paneer wraps before and they’re never served like that. i contacted them through the delivery mans number and they asked me to send a picture of the wrap i had received. they continued to tell me that that’s how they have always prepared the wraps but then eventually told me that they are sending me another wrap without any butter. i waited after this but i never received any further communication and the wrap was never delivered. i called the delivery guy multiple times as i had connected to the mcdonald store through him only earlier but he never answered. none of the numbers given for the store online are working. absolutely terrible experience and i will never order from or visit this mcdonald’s again if mcdonalds doesn’t revert and...

We went to McDonald's expecting to order our favorite burgers, but we were told they were out of stock. Instead, we were offered two new burgers, which, as we immediately realized, they were just trying to push on us. The situation was absurd: how can McDonald's have only two burgers available? We quickly understood that we were being used to test their new burgers at our expense. And as it turned out, we were right: at the end, they asked us for feedback on these "new products"! This was the final proof that we, the customers, were simply being used as guinea pigs at our own expense!

And, to top it all off, these burgers were disgustingly bad. We couldn’t even finish them – they were that tasteless and unpleasant. This isn’t just disrespectful to customers, it’s deceitful! We paid for food, but got a poor-quality product, and on top of that, we were used to test it. Using us at our own expense for this is outrageous and unacceptable! We will never return to this McDonald's again and will warn all our friends about this...
