Khasiyat - as the name suggests is very popular for parathas which are served with chole, Black Daal , pickle, Raita & onions. One order is sufficient for one adult. Food is tasty but slightly oily so for once overlook the oil factor so your tummy can enjoy a yummy meal š
My Suggestions :- Paratha assorted / combo basket You normally get 4-5 type of parathas & then you can re order your fav ones . My fav is cheese chilly paratha & Mal Mali paratha ( aloo & cheese combo ) Daal Makhani ( super ) Chole bhatura (Bhatura size is super) Tokri chaat Kheecha chaat ( do try if you love masala Papad / Rumali Papad ) Malai Kulfi & Kesar Falooda are yummy (if you order dessert šØ ) Thali options are good too ( especially if your alone ) but I would order parathas only & no other fast food items since they specialise in paratha
Details about the place & Experience
Location - DJ road , Vile Parle West Decor - Basic Entrance, decor is minimum on the ground & first floor. Both have seating area & usually first floor is reserved for large groups or private parties Staff - Polite & friendly Service - Average but food is served warm so it doesnāt bother me much tbh. VFM - Prices have increased so itās cheaper on the pocket when you have a large group otherwise you might find it expensive if your 2 or less .
Overall Khasiyat offers tasty food which is oily @ slightly high prices with simple decor. Its expensive if you are 2 or less as you canāt try too many items & cost per head is high but in case of Large groups they can try out different dishes & cost per head comes down so try & visit this place as a group to get full value for your money.
Overall Khasiyat delivers good customer...

The entrance is very close to the coffee shop on the corner of the street, and they direct you to go upstairs. Seating is limited and ambience is non existent. If you are travelling, bring hand sanitizer and a bottle of water. There are no sinks. Apparently its the place to for north indian food according to a sports equipment shop down the street. After we arrived- I've never had Parathas before but the owner of the restaurant kindly described each paratha dish to us. Upon getting served, I realized they are the indian version of chinese scallion pancakes! Each big plate is about 150-230 rupee and baskets of parathas are from 300-450 rupee. Make sure you count your change, out bill was missing 50 rupees but the waiter was quick to correct it. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. We elected to not drink the water, but my friend ate the raw veggies with no stomach problems. There were also many mosquitos - to the point where killing them was just free entertainment as I waited for my food. Lots of inexpensive food on the menu, parathas...
