Pizza Hut | Vile Parle West, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

This pizza hut outlet is a complete FRAUD, WORST STAFF AND INAPPROPRIATE SERVICE HELPDESK. Because I placed the order and due to certain reasons I cancelled it by calling the helpline number, even they assured me of cancellation and refund of my paid amount. But , later after continuous follow back of 15-20 days I get a reply from the helpdesk personnel that it is the responsibility of outlet staff to refund you back , whereas outlet staff told me that they are not able to find the any order history in my name. Everyone is FAKE working in that outlet. Concluding I haven't received my money back which is a clear cut violation of CONSUMER RIGHTS. I would like to give them zero rating, but unfortunately that option is not available here. Fristly i ordered pizza from here which was not at all good in taste pizza was not even cooked properly and the topping was too less then ever, secondly only 2 pack oregano and 2 pack of chilli flakes were given to me for 4 pizza box when I ask them to give more so they gave a silly excuse that only this much we can provide i mean seriously! Thirdly and last person who was billing on the counter didn't even return my change he kept with him and told right now they don't have chance . This place was nice! If you eat here than it's a totally different experience! The cashier Rahul is a totally chill guy and is understanding! He is considerate so considerate tipping them even 10 rs if you can!!! The only thing I didn't like was I told him charge me extra which they did for extra mushrooms but I told him put mushrooms almost as many as you would putting other toppings on it... as I am only getting double cheese with extra extra mushrooms and he still only put regular amount! It's like bruh I am willing to pay extra and you are charging me give me my shrooms. But otherwise amazing experience and I will be back if only Rahul is...
