Visited Monpara for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Liked the Jalebi Fafda. Soft, cruncy and delicious. The papaya and chillies given with it were lip smacking.

Monpara has several other hot farsans and other packaged Gujarati snacks. We tried the Jain Samosa, Paneer Samosa and White Dhokla. The White Dhokla was especially noteworthy and extremely delicious.

The only negative of the shop is that it is small, making standing and eating there a bit difficult. But it is manageable otherwise one can always take a parcel. Prices are reasonable. One can find parking opposite Dakshinayan below the Teen Batti...
