Regency Hotel Malabar Hill — Hotel in Mumbai

The hotel currently is going under a renovation so my suggestion is to avoid it for the next 6 months or so. We had to bear the sounds of all sorts of todh-fod. It was extremely disturbing.

The staff was very friendly and offered help all the time except the receptionist ( on the night shift only) who was very rude in his tone and desperately needs a lesson or two on how to communicate with the guests.

The rooms are decent size and clean but the bathrooms can be better maintained. TV didn’t work in our room & AC had to fixed in a couple of days.

Reached in early morning, had a seamless check in and check out experience. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The entire property was neat, clean and very well maintained. The room was ready on arrival even after untimely checkin. Hygiene standards were maintained in the bathroom as well as the property in general. Room service promptly provided me an iron on request which made getting ready faster. I was there for just a night stay hence didn't get to explore any of the amenities. A Hotel in the Heart of City Mumbai.. On Malabar Hills, just 300 Mtrs away from CM of Maharashtra's House. 1KM away from Nearest Beach Garden. Excellent surrounding, however Rooms of this Hotel are Tiny and conjusted. Breakfast has very limited options, could be more on Continental than Indian.
