Next Lvl Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Mumbai

We were very excited to visit the much hyped place and we did so. Firstly we called a lot of times to get the reservation all day but no body would answer. Then we decided to go thr directly and try our luck. On reaching, there was nobody at the reception to attend us and many others waiting who did have reservation. After 25 minutes of waiting the receptionist came and attended the waiting crowd. We requested and the lady asked us to wait politely and after waiting for 30 more minutes she did get us seats. She surely was person to be praised. we thought now finally the exciting evening would start but we waited another half an hr for someone to clean the table we were sitting at and take our orders. After another half an hr our food came and our drinks never did after spotting the staff we approached and said that it’s been an hr an half and we haven’t got our drinks he spoke to the team and told us sorry your drinks can’t be made due to lack of ingredients. And this was a complete mood downer after 2 hrs of waiting for our order. Highly UNPROFFESIONAL

Food- food is pathetic in taste. Pls donot try bruschetta or avocado sushi the taste buds literally went on strike after eating these. Highly priced food must have quality.

Service: Badly managed and poor service. And it’s a far away world from word hospitality.

Ambience : it’s quite alright. Good music can really do wonders to this place. And it has a lot of scope to become the Place.

Average place with terrible food. Service is well meaning, though cutlery was slow to arrive, sauces delivered late for appetizers, team seemed to be too busy to serve us... Our table had a cracked marble top, a safety hazard if you're not careful.

Ordered the calamari (small pieces smothered in batter and deep fried), bar nibbles (nuts and chiwda with some pretzel sticks) and truffle fries (dry with limited sauce, and overcooked). The nasi goreng main course was absolutely disgusting, fish paste permeated the whole dish. Couldn't really complete anything.

When we brought it to the servers attention, the response seemed to be - this is how we make the nasi goreng, it does have a strong fish taste. Having tasted this dish all around the world, wasn't convinced.

Better go to Shy in Cubic Mall, amazing food selection and a more decent environment. This place is in a commercial building, mixed with a hospital and gym below. Next Lvl is more mass market, perhaps just not our kind of place.

Maybe we caught the chef on a bad day (Friday night), but certainly won't be back. Lots more options in the area, at this...

Visited Next Lvl Bar & Kitchen (नेक्स्ट एलवीएल बार & किचन), Union Park, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071 on 13th September 2025 for a birthday lunch with a group of 7 people.

The place has a very good vibe beautiful, modern, and aesthetic interiors that make it perfect for get-togethers and celebrations. We ordered a variety of items including fries, pizzas, and a few more dishes. Everything we tried turned out excellent in both taste and presentation.

The service was smooth, staff was attentive, and overall the experience was really nice. The total bill came down to ₹7,304 including taxes, which felt reasonable for the quality of food and ambience.
