They certainly excel at testing your patience. Today, I visited with some friends, and together we ordered three Kulhad chais. The manager confirmed our order, but after a long 25 minutes, when we inquired about our order, he seemed completely unaware. When we reminded him of our order, he simply stated, "Chai Khatam Ho Gaya" (Tea is finished). 😶😶😶

I visited this place with my friends, placed an order for 3 kulhad’s (tea). My friends decided to follow up with the person at the counter after 25 minutes who casually responded (chai Khatam hogaya) . The most human thing to do here was to inform the customer about the tea not being available while taking the order(Basic rule of HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY).
