V K Snacks Corner — Restaurant in Mumbai

A small joint on the corner of the road. We six friends decided to have food there. While I thought it's only a chat corner, the menu is quite long and has South Indian items also. Pani puri was not good. Puris lacked the crunch. There were stale. The paani of paani puri was medium. There are better paani puris available else where. Sandwiches were good. Sevpuri was ordinary. The eating place is right on the flowing road. So be prepared to get some dust and smoke...

More often than not, their stuff is not half as fresh as the other iyengar bakery in Thakur Village. Being a huge fan of their pattice, rava cake and other savoury items...the stuff I end up buying here is not fresh.
