Pizza hut being an all-time favorite, we thought why not have our lunch here. Located inside growel's 101 this place is easily visible from a distance.

We had ordered the Tandoori paneer medium pan pizza in the signature category. And as the name suggests, the pizza is completely loaded with cheese and paneer. The tomato sauce and the veggies just add on to the flavor. the best part about the pizza is that the pizza base is so soft and fluffy that you can eat till the last bite, unlike some pizzas where the crust becomes too hard at the end. This enhances the taste of the pizza.

The medium pizza being 10 inches in size is more than sufficient to completely satisfy even a super hungry person and the taste of the pizza will satisfy your taste buds to the core. I am placed Order on 24th Dec 2023 through Pizza Hut Apps My order id 16164123. Order expected time of delivery 5.44 PM.But order was not delivered. From the 24th Dec I am ragurliery trying to call pizza hut customer care every time I receive feedback that your complaint escalated with higher authority and within 24 hrs you will receive the call from Growels mall pizza hut store but still not received any call from the store. If You are not interested in providing service to customers then there are lots of other restaurants who deliver the pizza like Domino's, mojo, lapinoz etc. Let me know the Time is now essential. If i could give it a 0 star i would. I had a bad experience with pizza hut twice The 1st time i was at the place but we weren't served for almost an hour. Even after that the pizza tasted weird. Even the Margherita pan pizza. The 2nd time which was today i have ordered 2 pizza's for delivery at 8.52 pm and they said the estimated delivery time was 9.23 pm its been 2 hours and they're closed already my order never came. We tried calling them 4 to 5 time after 9.30 itself. They said they'll connect us to the higher authorities but instead cut the call after making us listen to some music. Well good for us we had choosen COD. They do not even revert back to you after your complain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
