Parle Grill — Restaurant in Mumbai

One of the best option for sandwich in Vile parle east is this place - parle grill.

Located near station and its a hardly 5 minutes walk. Talking about the taste - Soft bread, tasty aloo stuffing ( for masala sandwich) and decent quantity as well in terms of bread size. For regular grill sandwich there are 3 layers of bread and for mini sandwich there are 2. So order according to your appetite. I ordered regular grill sandwich and it was very heavy for me.

The only concern I think is its price. 70 rs for a cheese masa toast is not reasonable according to me. Rest all factors are fine.

They accept payment via any possible mode available - payTm, cards, mobilewiki etc. Which is a good sign.

Also they have registered themselves on other food delivery channels along with zomato like swiggy, foodpanda and uber eats so if one is not available you can always choose to order it from another.

But Ordering online may be expensive as the owner said rates are different for online orders. But you can always get 10 % off via zomato anytime.

I was very excited to have the Veg Grilled Cheese sandwich after a long time at Parle Grill especially because I have eaten alot in the past and used to love it.. but I was in for a HUGE disappointment this time! Looks like Parle Grill passes off sub-standard sandwiches for online orders and saves on some raw material. Thats unfair especially because the grilled sandwich is very overpriced at 250rs! It was neither fresh nor hot, had very less vegetables and almost NO cheese! Really extremely disappointed. I am giving 3 stars only because the other toast sandwich was good and sort of worth the money. I expected better...

The Parle Grill is my every Sunday brunch eatery.. I am totally in love with their Masala Cheese Toast Sandwich, Garlic Bread, Cold Coffee, Fruit Salad, Cheese Sev Puri, etc, etc. They are thankfully hygiene conscious. And the cutest part of this place is that Anna gets very upset if food is wasted and will push you a little to eat everything on the plate.
