Shabri — Restaurant in Mumbai

Shabari has a banquet hall which includes the catering of Shabari My engagement was done there on 18th May It was extremely disappointing experience altogether I hope nobody ever face that

1. hall opened at 10 and starters serving time was 10.30 they served it at 11 after 5 people following up for 15-20 times

2. same goes for the welcome drink

3. they stopped serving starters after one round on top of all this They took all the starter food inside and claimed it’s finished

4. food was stale and cold

5. after requesting to the servers for food complaints they said yes and did nothing about it

6. while payment we mentioned it

7. we called after the event and the (managing person) captain of the event that day acted like we are lying or something talking with an arrogant tone

We were customers of Shabari since 2018 we came here once or twice a week I love the food here Due to which I decided to have my event here After this whole blunder I am never going to visit Shabari or recommend somebody to do so

I really hope they improve their services and staff for banquet hall
