Pawar's Pure Veg — Restaurant in Mumbai

If there was an option to give -5 stars, I would have given it, for their behaviour, food quality, and service.

We ordered pav bhaji and tawa pulao, and both were a complete disaster. The pav bhaji had absolutely no taste, no butter, no spice, no flavor whatsoever and the pav was dry. The tawa pulao was horrible, extremely dry, no vegetables, no spices, and the portion size was shockingly small for the price.

Their menu clearly mentioned that gulab jamun would be included, but nothing was sent. When we called to ask, the manager/owner casually claimed the food was “tasty” according to them, admitted they “by mistake” didn’t send the gulab jamun, and still refused to send it. We even requested another pav bhaji to make up for the poor quality, but he bluntly refused and told us to “order online again” if we wanted it.

Not only was the food below standard, but the customer service was downright rude and dismissive. This was a complete waste of money and time, and it ruined our mood.

Given the missing item, the tiny portions, and the inedible quality, I expect a full refund for this order. I will never order from here again and would strongly caution others against spending their hard earned money on such terrible food and...

Today i ordered Panner crispy on 3rd april 2025 via swiggy. i thought of trying this restaurant as its a local. But very disappointed. The actual rates were 265/- for paneer crispy on swiggy but after discount i got this dish in 140/-₹. But i swear on full dish is wasted me n my family didnt even ate 2 pcs and all is wasted No taste at all just few pieces of junk all oily and all in literally red color. The food quality outside on roads and station are must be way more better than these guys. Very very cheap quality food and taste. Will never ever recommend this to try on and wont ever order again from here. usually i dont like to keep names for food as i respect every food item as something very precious. But restaurants like this...

(10/05/24) We went to the Pawar kitchen for dinner, Their services are not good they don't even listen. Their spoons are also not clean so I told the waiter to change the spoons but he ignored and left. No clean drinking water.Even their staff is not bother to serve the water once the glass is empty. After having dinner they didn't even clean the table and also they didn't give the bill in a proper way just handed the bill in my hand, their staff are so rude and the worst staff. I will give -100 to Pawars...
