I don't know what the hate is all about but I had a good experience. It's a nice small hotel and the food tasted really good. The staff was nice and friendly and there are a lot of choices including south and north indian. I ordered dosa and the taste was really good. The dosa was crispy and fluffy, the sambar was perfect south indian style unlike other places I've been to where they serve some red chutney thing saying sambar. Third class. I just ordered a Masala Cheese Dosa... The establishment had used veg kurma bhaji as the stuffing and the cheese was simply grated over the dosa not mixed inside. I had 4 bites before I gave up on the food and went to the bill counter to pay my bill. The person manning the counter scorned at me saying that I wasted a lot of food. And when I told him that the Dosa wasn't worth eating and was infact the worst one I had eaten in Mumbai, the man countered me saying that theirs was the best dosa in Lower Parel and that they have been making them since years.
