I don't why I am giving them 1 star also, there staff is very unprofessional I have ordered them 1 KG cake a day before and when I asked them to deliver my order they said they don't do deliver, as you did not say that you want your cake to be delivered we use third party,I said for past 2 years you people are delivering me at my home and while giving the order I said sardarji that deliver it at my place.He was just denying it they don't have any service oriented attitude very poor attitude. I thank myself not pay them advance by luck there machine was not working which never works as per my previous experience as well. Guys just check for other options as per my experience they are...

This shop named as Ribbons & balloons is located in Poonam Nagar under 'A wing ' of the Poonam Vihar. The shop serves cake, pastry ,daughnuts etc. The staff in the shop do no show belongingness to the shop /business. Staff to not explain the quality product the have . One has to search the list of the item displayed in the shop.There is no sitting place . Just grab yr piece & eat in the open space of the Poonam​ Vihar A wing. Eating in open just at the entrance of the building create hurdle to...

this place is not worth it last time i went there to eat a roll it was all wet and disgusting. i went there the next time the prices of the roll according to the quality and quantity is funny cause i would never pay that much for untasty rolls. I suggest never visit ribbons and balloons instead visit newly opened merwans in shere punjab you’ll get best price rolls and cakes and the taste is like 10000 times...
