These things happened with me.(Dec 2019) I went to the restaurant and ordered: 1: Veg fried rice 2: Paneer chilli I ordered these food items as a takeaway(parcel). I went home with my food,upon opening the food container I realised that they had mistakenly given me veg Manchurian instead of Paneer chilli. I called up the restaurant and told them my bill details that were printed on the bill. They confirmed that they had mistakenly given me veg Manchurian instead of Paneer chilli. Then I asked them how do I get my food replaced. He first told me to "adjust" with the food that I had received due to their mistake, upon refusing he abruptly cut my call. I had to call them thrice before they responded to my call. I requested them to please send a delivery boy to my house and replace the food items.They weren't ready to send a delivery boy to my house saying ' delivery boy dusre parcel deliver karne gaya hai'. Their replies made no sense.I asked him how do I get my food replaced? He told me to come all the way back to the restaurant and get my food replaced. To earn more money new owner re designed internal seating arrangement and covered it in fully Ac, and Non Ac section brought on Road side footpath and encroached footpath. People have no option to sit on footpath based seating arrangement, fully open from all 3 sides only tensiled temporary roof is mounted.
In new ownership most of the preparations are provided from central kitchen hence you won't find any difference in main course vegetables weather it is paneer lababdar or any other paneer dishes, you will find same gravy and same taste except different size and shaped paneer. Similarly in other dishes too.
Charges are too high with respect to cuisine and quality.
There is no other restaurant nearby so peoples have no choice to visit this restaurant... yes now owner used his skill to snatch more money by selling idly. across the India everywhere hoteliers are serving 2 idly in a plate which cost Rs.50 to 60, but this hoteleir delivering 3 idly and charging Rs.100 per plate, waste of food & money in this...

They were not willing to serve at all. They simply slammed the plates and asked us to distribute among ourselves. The waiters were not serving us food and water on our plates. We had ordered ice cream and it took them more than 45 minutes to serve simply ice-cream that they had already had ready. We had to ask them multiple times but they were not at all forthcoming. The table was not cleared at appropriate time. One of my friends was still eating when they took her plate away. It was overall a very poor experience. I would never go there again.
