Saffron Express — Restaurant in Mumbai

Visited on a food bloggers recommendation for Dinner . This place is old but revamped with new look not sure if the management is same or changed. The service is ok the staff is friendly and assists in selecting from the menu .The Starters platter is really good 👍🏼 good enough for a group of 4 . We then ordered The crispy chicken kepsa as recommended by the blogger but unfortunately it was too dry it was not looking as per the bloggers video the presentation ,well never mind the presentation understood bit was for the blogger video only But request the chef and the management to kindly rectify the chicken chunks in the kepsa were looking like boiled chicken in red orange colour if that could be made in tandoor would be ultimate well that decision I leave to them also as bloggers video showcased on offer of the January month it shud be honoured without customer pointing out in d bill When as a restaurant you run a promo that shud be given without the customers reminding you Hoping it's taken as a positive feedback for the better experience to the customer Suggest a must go atleast once . Arabian Kepsa:- The quantity was just amazing with very affordable price half kepsa serves 5-6people price was 550/- The Taste of the Kepsa was best you should definitely visit once to try some of the best starters & definitely don't miss to try this Arbian Kepsa

Prawns salt and pepper:- This was soo juicy & lipsmacking perfectly tossed prawns in a sauce was soo good to try for seafood lovers

Chicken cream cheese tikka:- This was cheesy & fresh it's a chicken tandoori tikka topped with cream cheese a unique & good starter to try out

Overall it's a must visit place with your friends and family to try one of the best Kepsa in Mumbai
