Most unreliable brand. They just don't care for their customers. Had a terrible experience with them.

I had purchased their voyager membership and for reasons unknown to them, email address which i just don't use was registered with them and all the discount mails went to that ID

I mentioned to them on call, whatsapp as well as in the store that i do not use this Id and had requested them to share the details of the membership on my phone number which was registered with them coz it is just not possible to keep track of the memberships and it's expiry and all.

But no. They did not and lost on the amount that i had paid to them as part of the voyager membership and guess what i got a message on my WhatsApp after the membership expiry asking me to renew the membership.

Please do not buy from NICOBAR.

They are brats and just do not care for their customers.

And after reading the above review of mine, they took the effort to call me and guess what they said, we will on exceptional basis allow you to avail the pending voyager points (for which I had already paid) only if I renew their voyager membership.

I again fail to understand as to how now they can change their system to accomodate this but how they cannot make changes in their so as allow me to use my pending voyager points.

Its a humbug brand. Do not be fooled by the name and all the ads that they put.

And when I asked the lady on the phone (registered with them and which is working) as to why they did not send me any message on the phone to intimate me on the fact that the membership is expiring, she said she cannot comment on that.

The brand is out there only to cheat the customers.

There are much better brands out there at better prices, with better quality products and even more important, better customer and after...

Love the Colaba store. The one at Bandra was disappointing. No Covid precautions were taken, no temperature check, clothes lying in piles, really hard to pick from. Also a very disgruntled staff except one sincere guy who seems to be bullied by two girls at the counter. He seemed to make an effort while the girls either didn’t care or threw their weight around. Some staff training is absolutely necessary to keep up to the brand name & experience. Also a lot of items that showed available at the Bandra store online were not actually availablewhen we walked in. Our items were billed even before showing us the final piece. When we insisted on a fresh piece there was so much resentment over everything we wanted to walk out. Finally they did us a favour and fixed it leaving the items at the counter and disappearing again. Pathetic service from the store, they got no customer service sense the manager just just useless, had ordered 7 products worth 2k each and asked to gift wrap which she charged rs 50 per piece and didn’t even bother to check which paper to be used after constant messaging on WhatsApp she changes the wrapper. When asked for deliver said we will deliver however to the surprise the cost of shipping is to be paid by customer and on website mentions free shipping for shopping over 1K do not fall in the trap of buying things from this store.
