Eros Sweets — Local services in Mumbai

Time 16:00 date ; 13th Oct 2021 today I entered the bandra Eros sweets shop hill road Bandra West it was totally empty no customers. I asked the counter sales man for 2 packet quater kg barfi and half kg mixed barfi but the counter sales men ignored me and continued packing farsan. I waited for 10 minutes like a punished school child with no one attending to me. A lady walked into the shop at 16:15 and asked for caju role barfi the counter sales guys were still too busy. The cashier got up from his chair attended to her, packed her sweets collect the cash and retired back to his chair. I was left standing felt totally bad and brought it to the attention of the cashier manager and left the shop. In a pandemic lockdown world where business is hard to come by this is an attitude not desired

Eros Sweets... they operate their retail from 2 sites... one in Dongri "the good one" and one in Bandra "the not so good one"... recently I purchased a few variety sweets from the Bandra one, it was purely based on my previous experience with their outlet in Dongri...
