Prime location in Andheri. Fabulous ambience. Decent brand value. It gives the vibes that the place is for sophisticated people. Hence you go in with a preconceived notion and mindset. I am a Suburban Borivali chap, I don't know how to rate it, 1) Food is not as bland as you expect in a high class hotel, but is not that great also that it hits your taste buds. Because, after being to a couple of places across India, I know that taste is subjective and sometimes you get bad service and food. But here nothing stands out in the food department it's neither extremely bad nor good. 2) The ambience and the service is good. We went on a busy Saturday evening, but still the staff did their best to match the expectations of the full house and were constantly on the run to do their best and serve the needs of all the tables. Showing some empathy and giving them the benefits of doubt despite a long wait time for our briyani. 3) The overall experience was decent we had a good time. The wait time gave us more leisure time to spend so we had a win win situation. The bill which came up was decent and did not leave a big hole in our pocket. We opted for the non buffet and still it was great. I would recommend you to go there for a decent family outing or a date where you want to have a good conversation without the fear of annoying, loud people. Minus 1 start as we were said that there was no sizzling brownie on the day we visited.

Ridiculous Hotel. Just now Ordered Veg Manchow Soup and Veg Kadai, the delivery person delivered Veg Manchow Soup and "Chicken" Kadai even though the Bill said Veg Kadai. This is the 2nd time order was mixed up, last month excuse was heavy rains but it was still veg. This time there is no rain still they mixed up the order and gave non veg to vegetarians. Once complained on call, Vikas asked for photos and then stop answering call. After calling 2-3 times, he said "sorry kabhi kabhi ho jata hai, mai Veg Kadai bhejwa deta hu". I told him to send his delivery person, take back the order and pay back the money. But to the heightened level of cheapness, when the delivery person arrived he said "Vikas Sir has told me to collect the order but not to give money, tomorrow will give you Veg Kadai" and was leaving. Had to call Vikas again, then got my money back and he still kept the tip. Don't know how Hotel Sai Palace is 3 Star Hotel, after giving non veg to vegetarians and such service. Giving unhealthy / oily / remaining food is 1 thing, but giving non veg to vegetarians is extreme. Never ordering from Sai Palace again.

We recently hosted an office event on the hotel's rooftop terrace, accommodating approximately 35 attendees. The venue proved to be an excellent choice for a sundowner event, offering a captivating ambiance with panoramic views of the sunset and the city's twinkling lights. While the food was of good quality, there is room for improvement in terms of taste to elevate the culinary experience further. The service staff were great—attentive, helpful, and proactive in accommodating our event's needs, ensuring smooth and efficient arrangements. The sound system was top-notch, and DJ Vicky Singh kept the energy high, engaging the crowd with an excellent selection of music that had everyone grooving. Overall, Sai Palace Hotel's rooftop terrace offers a delightful venue for hosting events for groups of 35 to 40 people. The combination of a stunning ambiance, commendable service, and quality entertainment contributed to a pleasant and memorable experience.

Exquisite Dining at Sai Palace Restaurant & Bar, Andheri

My dining experience at Sai Palace Restaurant & Bar in Andheri was nothing short of exceptional. This establishment truly sets a high standard for fine dining with its impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and elegant ambiance.

As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, who were attentive throughout my visit. The restaurant's decor is sophisticated and tastefully done, creating a perfect setting for both casual and formal dining.

The menu at Sai Palace is a delightful fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors. Each dish I ordered was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Paneer Tikka was especially memorable for its perfect blend of spices and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The seafood options were fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection.

The bar at Sai Palace deserves a special mention. It offers an extensive selection of fine wines, cocktails, and spirits. The bartender's expertise in crafting drinks added an extra touch of elegance to the evening.

What truly distinguishes Sai Palace Restaurant & Bar is its commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they were quick to accommodate any special requests.

To sum up, Sai Palace Restaurant & Bar is a gem in Andheri, offering a superb dining experience that combines great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. It's an ideal destination for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable...

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing on multiple levels. To begin with, the infrastructure is outdated — visible cracks on the walls, mould in the room, and an overall feeling of neglect. The rooms didn’t feel clean or well-maintained, and the ambiance was far from what you’d expect for the price.

However, the most alarming issue was the complete lack of respect for guest privacy. We had stepped out of the room after putting the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on the door — something every hotel is supposed to honor. Despite this, the housekeeping staff entered our room in our absence, without any notice or permission.

This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was deeply uncomfortable. Our personal belongings were left out, and their intrusion showed a shocking lack of boundaries. It’s incredibly unsettling to know that someone can enter your room despite clear indicators not to, and it left us feeling vulnerable for the rest of the stay.

Moreover, the staff lacked basic courtesy and training, and the overall service felt chaotic and unmanaged. There was no accountability or apology for their actions, just blank stares and indifference.

Would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and respectful environment. If you value your privacy and peace of mind,...
