I recently ordered home delivery from Sandwizza in Chembur, a popular spot known for its variety of vegetarian sandwiches. While the reputation and menu looked promising, my overall experience was average at best, deserving of a 3-star rating.

As it was a home delivery, the food understandably arrived a little cold — something that’s quite common with sandwiches, especially when they’re meant to be served warm and fresh. However, what did affect the experience more than the temperature was the texture of the bread. It was slightly hard and dry, making it less enjoyable to bite into.

That being said, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, which was a definite plus. The chutney stood out as the highlight — tangy, flavorful, and well-balanced, adding a nice kick to every bite.

Unfortunately, the experience took a dip with the paneer sandwich. The paneer itself was bland and lacked seasoning, which was disappointing, especially since it was the sandwich we were most excited to try.
