If I had to describe this place in short.. it would be “a place which reminds us that family dinner should best be enjoyed at HOME”

Neither does this place have the common courtesy to take care of senior citizens (especially the ones with jain preference)

Nor does it have the ability to take care of a big family which has children and their dietary preference..

4 out of 5 orders were taken wrongly and the quality and taste of the food was something like I mentioned before “a strict reminder” that family dinners should be actually done at home.

We ordered a fungi pasta (for kids) which we specifically pointed out; a wrong order of normal pasta (totally tasteless) was served to us.

We ordered a jain dish of potato (which was to be served with pocket papad; it was a weird potato dish with a hint of garlic!) and no pocket papad

We ordered for a kofta curry (we specifically asked the waiter if this will be enough for 6 adults and 2 kids) he didn’t utter a word; during serving we see literally 2 koftas with gravy (again tasteless) when we asked the waiter why wouldn’t he suggest something better he brashly said “do hi kofta aata hain”

We specifically asked him to switch the AC on multiple times as we felt suffocated; neither did he bother with listening to us first few times; nor did he do anything about it..

All of this just RUINED our family dinner spirit and mood!

I will not at all recommend this place if you’re planning to have a nice family dinner.. their staff makes you feel “unwanted” and their AC section is more like a sauna bath.

Stay far far away from this place, I’m praying we don’t get food poisoning because our mind feels thoroughly poisoned with this restaurants ambience and service.. they ruined a family get together..

NEVER RETURNING HERE, NOR...

Won’t even give 1 star if I could! Food - food was ok-ok. It was tasteless. We could only eat it because is was hot. We ordered paneer Hyderabadi and there was no taste at all. All ingredients were falling apart. It had huge pieces of ginger that literally worst my mood. Service - it was worst of all. In name of AC charges, they are looting people. I took two 15 INR Pepsi bottles when I was standing out of the hotel. When I got my table, they charge me 100 INR for it. When asked that y I was charge more than triple the amount, the manager said, since u took the bottle inside, it’s AC charge. On top of it, he started arguing that ‘kya sir 20 Rs ke liye aap aisa karte ho’!!! Apart from this, if you ask for regular water instead of bisleri, then they will serve you water after you individually ask for it twice else they will not even look at you!!! Overall - will not recommend to eat here or order from here! Worst...

No doubt, we had great experiences of this restaurant sinces ages, until TODAY I ordered Puneri Missal Pav, and got it parcel, I reached home in about 10 mins ...the missal was still hot but when I unpacked the items, I saw that the farsan and missal was mixed in one plastic bag, I mean which restaurant does that!? The missal became so thick that the crunchhiness of the farzan totally went off!! ....I called the restaurant to complaint about this ...the speaker on the phone kept on saying “aise hi aata hai madam, alag nai dete” .....I don’t think so, we tried to explain him but instead of listening and replying, he kept quiet and wasn’t responding to me,...
