The Khwaishh Presidency - Managed by M/S SHIVLEELA — Hotel in Mumbai

Most pathetic staff and service. We wanted to book a room on my engagement day which was nearby to this hotel . I have an highly disabled Autistic Brother who we wanted to be near us on our special day. We were willing to pay the full amount for a day where we wanted my brother to stay for 5 hrs till my engagement was over. We clearly stated that my specially abled brother did not have id proof but we are willing to give any doctor prescriptions stating he has autism and also a birth certificate with proper id proof of my parents who were to stay with him in the same room to take care of him.

They clearly denied the stay stating no id no stay ..without checking what accomodations can be made for people with special needs. They were rude and didnt even bother to check if something could be done.

This is not what a customer should expect from a hospitality industry. I feel dejected and sad as a special needs person's care taker. Will never...

Conveniently located well in between SV & Link Road. Has decent ambience. Has veg restaurant located at ground, delivered tasty food at reasonable. No car parking facility availed, has to park on streetside. Stayed in room no 404, ample in size, drawback faced was AC remote was not available, when asked at reception, they said its broken few days back and no alternative available to control AC temperature which was throwing chilled air I believe might be at 18 degrees as even display was not working, asked for room changes they said all rooms are checked in, ultimately had sleepless night, resulting unpleasant...

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Khwaishh Presidency. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Mr. Sugreev and Mr. Prashanth have been very helpful. The house keeping boys were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and I appreciated the amenities the hotel had to offer.
