Shabari Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I have been a regular customer here since 14 years may be more then that. However, earlier I used to order food at home and now since few years I am going with my family to visit. Food is good. But, the behavior of the staff especially working out in the Non AC has been consistently bad, because once I visited with my family which included 3 senior citizens, and in that 2 senior citizens were ladies above 70 yrs old. We were sitting in the AC restaurant of Shabari and my Aunt kept on calling that she needs water. The waiter kept on standing and did not respond. Then my Mother in law also called but purposely he ignored. I got up from my seat and had to say that why is he ignoring them and not giving water. I reported the person sitting outside in the counter. However no action was taken. Today also when I went with my daughter who is just 5 yrs old and my mother in law, few waiters they ignored and started making fun when we were leaving without any reason. I have been ignoring this matter since few months. But, I feel that these people need to know how to behave with their customers well and very strict action...

Ordered from the Restaurant palak paneer (2/5) and butter paratha (1/5). The food was delivered in quick time the palak paneer was hot the parathas were cold . The packing was decent with onion n lime in place. Coming to the palak paneer it was below average in taste though paneer chunks were sufficient and soft. The parathas were totally tasteless Disappointed this time As usual when it matters Zomato was down when you want to watch IPL finals and are dependent on it Ordered directly hoping the lines would not be so busy . Second attempt got thru ordered pav bhaji the delivery was quick the pav bhaji arrived not exactly piping hot but reasonably Hot Packaging normal the bhaji taste was amazingly good. I placed an order for the last time last night for Paneer Tikka Masala.. it smelt so bad, I thought it must be because of the curd but it tasted spoilt. Not the first time I even called to drop a feedback but the person continuously kept lying in a monotone voice it was absolutely FRESH. Please do not choose this place if you're opting for home delivery, in restaurant you can atleast complaint about the below average food. Previously twice I have experienced on different orders what it tasted like stale curry being delivered to me at home when I had guests and it was too late to call and complain /arrange for another option.
