◾The Shiv Sagar restaurant is located near to Jogeshwari station road. It is a veg restaurant which will serve you with decent food and services. This place have wonderful ambience and a seating variable. The architecture of the restaurant is really nice after seating in restaurant it feels peace. . . ◾We normally always come here for dinner and breakfast.As usual, we came here yesterday to have dinner with my family.This is my family's favorite veg restaurant. It has both Ac and Non-Ac seating . . ◾ Restaurants staff is very nice, they help you choose different dishes.The provide good quality and best quantity of food their customers. Yesterday we ordered For starter Paneer chilli , veg spring roll , and Manchurian soup. And for main course we ordered fried rice and haka noodles. . . ◼️In all this, my favorite was Paneer Chilli.The spices used in it are amazing and therefore it has a different flavor. I had ordered Paneer Kolhapuri for takeaway, and I had clearly mentioned that I wanted it to be very less spicy. I know that Kolhapuri dishes are usually spicy, but even after giving clear instructions, the dish was made so spicy that it was even spicier than usual when ordered without any instructions.

Either you need to train your cook professionally, or the cook who prepared my dish is new and inexperienced, which is why he made such a mistake despite clear instructions.

After this, when I called the hotel's telephone number to complain, they told me, "Sir, we already made it less spicy. We even asked the cook." Obviously, the cook would say that it was made less spicy because the order had already been prepared and delivered.

Worst experience ever. Before coming to restuarant I had call with with that restaurant guy and I told him to book a ac table for dinner but I rechaed there and they guy is saying sit on non AC table as..non AC table are not full...so we can't switch on AC. They are so miser...this is worst experience for me..all the way I came from to Andheri to Jogeshwari to spend quality time wid family for dinner...and they treat us like that....Shiv Sagar owner don't just think about money...treat every customer as God and never send them with Pty stomach ever in future...this is small listen from my side to you Food itself a god..and we called anpurna...always take good wishes from customer..never hurt them again.
