Sizzle & Sip — Restaurant in Mumbai

I don't think I have the vocabulary to describe how underrated this place is.

This is a quaint eatery in Mahim that offers a vast menu. So confusing to pick from all the mouth watering options but thanks to the owners who saw the question mark on my face and stepped forward to guide us with 0 judgements.

They enquired about our flavour palate and suggested dishes accordingly.

I had my favourite fish and chips. I was spellbound. Never have I in Mumbai has such amazing fish and chips (I fell in love with fish n chips in London and ever since I've craved the perfect texture). The fish n chips at sizzle n sip are the closest to authentic fish n chips. Crunchy outside soft inside. Just how i like it. Their signature sauce is a hit. 10/10 for this.

The next dish we tried was " house spiced chicken steak" which came with a portion of veggies and a delicious sauce poured over the chicken. The flavours of the sauce were unique and complimented the chicken and veggies well. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Tender and effortless to eat. 10/10 to this as well

I tried their cold coffee which was not on the menu but they were kind to make one for me when I enquired if they had it. Bonus points for the extra effort. The coffee was the perfect consistency. Not too watery and not like a thick shake. And the coffee beans they use are one of the world's best. Ps: let them know how you like your coffee and they will perfectly match your palate.

I give full marks to food . The presentation was decent too. Not over the top neither messy. Optimal.

The ambience is pretty cosy. It's well lit so good for pictures. I love the art on their wall. Whoever curated their playlist has a great taste in music I must say.

All in all this place exceeded my expectations and I will recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I had an absolute delight at this charming restaurant run by two brothers who epitomize exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with utmost politeness and courtesy. The ambiance was pleasant, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

But what truly stole the show was the incredible food! Over the past few days I indulged in their pasta, sandwich, and Chinese dishes, and each one was a masterpiece. The flavors were rich, the presentation was stunning, and the portions were generous.

And to pair perfectly with the meal, the mocktails were OUTSTANDING! Expertly crafted, delicious, and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sizzle and Sip in Mahim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.

The menu offers an impressive variety of food and beverages, each thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor. It's evident that everything is made with care and attention to detail.

The founders and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. The service was prompt and courteous, and the quality of the food was exceptional.

A personal favorite was the Passion Fruit Mojito—refreshing and perfectly balanced. Their freshly brewed coffees are also a must-try, along with several other unique options on the menu.
